The Right Tool For The Job.

SGA-1 Conversion Kit

SGA conversion kits allow the use of innovative Bernard front-end parts for improved performance and productivity.

To improve comfort and minimize downtime, these conversion kits enable the use of long lasting Centerfire Consumables and a wide variety of interchangeable necks for greater flexibility and better weld puddle visibility.

CenterfireTM contact tips, nozzles and diffusers are easy-to-use and high performing - they provide better arc starts, less spatter and more consistent welds - and also last up to three times longer than competitive brands.

CenterfireTM consumables fit most competitive brand guns to enhance performance and allow standardization of one contact tip and nozzle for all gun brands to minimize inventory management costs.

Necks available in fixed, rotatable, flexible and multiple length options for optimal weld accessibility and improved operator comfort. Rotatable necks changeover without tools.

Patented large tapered Stay-Tite™ neck connection improves conductivity for better weld quality, lessens heat to increase operator comfort.

Patented Jump Liner allows quick neck change and replacement of only most commonly worn or clogged liner area, which reduces the amount of time a gun is offline and minimizes inventory.

SGA-1, SGA-2, SGA-3 specifications

Bernard SGA-3, SGA-2, and SGA-1 are notable members of an innovative series of agricultural tractors designed to meet the evolving needs of modern farming. Each model is tailored for specific applications, offering unique features and technologies that cater to the diverse requirements of today’s farmers.

Starting with the SGA-3, this model is a powerhouse known for its impressive horsepower and advanced engineering. It is equipped with a robust engine that ensures optimal performance even in challenging conditions. The SGA-3's standout feature is its sophisticated hydraulic system, allowing for smooth operation of various implements and attachments. Additionally, this model incorporates precision farming technologies, enabling operators to enhance efficiency through data-driven decision-making. Its ergonomic cabin design enhances comfort, making long hours in the field more manageable for operators.

Moving to the SGA-2, this tractor is considered a versatile workhorse. It strikes a balance between power and efficiency, making it ideal for medium-scale agricultural operations. The SGA-2 comes with flexible implement options, ensuring adaptability across different farming tasks such as tillage, planting, and harvesting. One of its key characteristics is the integrated GPS system, which aids in precise navigation and field mapping. This feature significantly reduces overlap and waste, optimizing inputs such as seeds and fertilizers. The SGA-2 is also designed with user-friendly controls, allowing even less experienced operators to perform tasks effectively.

Finally, the SGA-1 is designed for smaller farms or specific niche tasks. Despite its compact size, it does not compromise on power and functionality. This model is lauded for its maneuverability, making it suitable for operations in tight spaces, such as orchards or vineyards. The SGA-1 includes innovative features such as a quick-attach system for easy implement changes and a machine intelligence system that monitors performance and alerts operators to potential issues. This proactive approach to maintenance helps ensure that the tractor remains operational and efficient throughout its lifecycle.

In summary, the Bernard SGA-3, SGA-2, and SGA-1 tractors exemplify modern agricultural engineering. Each model is equipped with specific technologies and features designed to improve productivity, efficiency, and usability in various farming contexts. As agriculture continues to evolve, these tractors stand out as vital tools that empower farmers to meet the challenges of contemporary agriculture. Their emphasis on innovation and adaptability underscores a commitment to advancing the agricultural industry.
