During the Caller Display review:
Press and hold CANCEL button.
ÖThe display prompts DEL ALL CALLS?
Press CANCEL button again to confirm.
ÖThe display automatically returns to standby mode.
OR press RECALL button to exit and return to the previous menu.
During the Caller Display review:
Press UP or DOWN button to find the record you wish to store.
When the record is displayed, press PHONEBOOK button.
ÖThe display shows the cursor blinking on the first character of the name field.
Input the name if record do not have a name. See page 16 for entering letters.
ÖTo modify an existing name record, press UP or DOWN button to move the cursor to the character you want to change then input the new one or press CANCEL button to erase.
Press PHONEBOOK button to confirm.
ÖThe display shows the cursor blinking after the last digit of the number.
Press PHONEBOOK button again to save the record into the Phonebook memory.
