1.The PowerPro® Mixer has five mixing speeds.
2.To begin mixing, the Speed Control should be set on the lowest speed (#1) and then moved to a higher speed as needed. (Figure D)

7for further explanation of speed control.
NOTE: This Mixer and its Beaters were not designed to prepare bread dough.
1.Unplug the Mixer from the outlet.
2.Using the index finger, pull the
Beater Eject Lever up to release the Beaters. (Figure E) Detach the Spatula attachment, if used.
