Unpacking
Remove the unit from the packaging.
Wash thoroughly before first use.
Assembly
Warning! Before assembly, make sure that the appliance is switched off and unplugged.
Use
Figures A&B: Using the Whisk, Beater & Dough Hook:
Place the Mixer on a flat surface. With one hand on top of the Mixer to prevent sudden movement, rotate the head release lever (4) to the "UNLOCKED" 
position & raise the head to the upper position.
