2.2 Key Features

Digital transmission of video, keyboard, mouse, and optional audio information on only two fibers over distances up to 1310 ft. (399.3 m) of multimode cable or 6.2 mi. (10 km) of single-mode cable.

Supports an optional local monitor, keyboard, and mouse user station that contends with the remote station for CPU control.

Supports several of the most common VGA-compatible video standards (DOS mode, VGA, XGA, SVGA, SXGA, or UXGA) at resolutions up to 1600 x 1200 or output refresh rates up to 75 Hz.

Automatic adjustment of all transmission and image parameters—you don’t have to configure it.

All cables you would normally need except for the fiber cable are included.

2.3 The Complete Package

At the time of this writing, your extender package should consist of:
