Switching PTY on/off
Press the MENU¥OK button 5.
Press the

button 4repeatedly until "PTY" appears on the display with the current setting.

button 4 to switch PTY ON or OFF.

Selecting the PTY language
You can select the language for the display of the programme types. Options include DEUTSCH, ENGLISH and FRANÇAIS.

Set the desired language using the

button 4.

Selecting a programme type and starting seek tuning
The current program type appears only briefly on the display.

During the display time, press the

button 4 to change to a different program type.
Press the

button 4 to start seek tuning.
The radio will then tune into the next station that it finds that corresponds to your select- ed programme type.
Optimising radio reception
Treble reduction feature during interference (High Cut)
The High Cut function results in an improved reception in case of weak radio reception (FM only). If reception interferences are present, the interference level is automati- cally reduced.
Switching High Cut on/off
Press the MENU¥OK button 5.

button 4repeated- ly until "HICUT" appears on the display with the current setting.
Press the

button 4 to switch High Cut on or off.
"HICUT 0" means no automatic reduction of the interference level, "HICUT 1" means au- tomatic reduction of the interference level.
