Coupling nut and regulator not fully connected

Turning the coupling nut about one-half to three quarters additional turn until

 

solid stop. Tighten by hand only-do not use tools

 

 

 

Obstruction of gas flow

Spider webs or insect nest in venturi

1. Turn regulator/control knob to

(OFF)

 

 

2. Wait 30 seconds and light grill

 

 

 

3. If flames are still too low, reset the excessive flow safety device:

Sudden drop in gas flow or reduced flame height

Excess flow valve tripped; safety device may have been
