–Probeer nooit zelf het netsnoer van het apparaat te verwisselen. Dit kan gevaarlijk zijn, aangezien hiervoor speciaal gereedschap moet worden gebruikt. Als het snoer moet worden gerepareerd of vervangen, breng het apparaat dan alleen naar een reparateur die door de fabrikant is goedgekeurd, anders kan het apparaat onveilig worden.

–Dompel het snoer, de stekker, de ketel en de basis nooit onder in water of een andere vloeistof om kans op brand, elektrische schokken en persoonlijk letsel te voorkomen.

–Plaats de waterkoker altijd op een rechte, horizontale ondergrond. Schakel de waterkoker alleen in als het verwarmingselement volledig onder water staat. Verplaats het apparaat niet als het is ingeschakeld.

–Gebruik geen alkalische reinigers bij het schoonmaken om schade aan het apparaat te voorkomen, maar een zachte doek en een mild reinigingsmiddel.

–De waterkoker mag alleen worden gebruikt met de meegeleverde basis (7).

–WAARSCHUWING: controleer of de water- koker is uitgeschakeld voordat u het appa- raat van de basis (7) haalt.

INSTALLATIE

–Plaats het apparaat op een stabiele, vlakke ondergrond die niet heet is en zich niet nabij een warmtebron bev- indt. Het oppervlak moet droog zijn. Houd het apparaat en het netsnoer buiten bereik van kinderen.

–Plaats de basis tijdens het gebruik niet op een metalen dienblad of metalen oppervlak.

–Controleer of het voltage op het typeplaatje van het apparaat overeenkomt met het voltage in uw regio. Sluit het apparaat alleen op een goed geaard stop- contact aan met een zekering van tenminste 13A voor
