CONNECTING THE POWER SUPPLY
–After filling your kettle, place it on the base unit
(➒), making sure that the body fits on the 360° contact housing (➑) on the base unit (➒).
–Connect the power plug to the power supply and push the ON/OFF lever (➏) down.
NOTE: Ensure that the ON/OFF lever is clear of obstructions and the cap is closed tightly.
POURING WATER
SWITCHING OFF
–Your kettle is fitted with an ON/OFF switch which automatically switches off once the water has boiled.
–You can turn off the power by lifting the ON/OFF lever (➏) up at any time. The kettle can also be switched off automatically by removing the kettle body from the base at any time.
NOTE: The kettle can not be turned off manually if the switch is obstructed or the ON/OFF lever is held down.
–To remove the kettle from the base (➒), grasp the grip (➌) and hold the body horizontally while lifting clear of the base unit (➒).
–The spout cap (➋) shall be removed before pouring.
–Pour water from the hole in the top cover (➎).
NOTE: Please be careful when pouring water from the kettle as boiling water may scald.
SWITCHING THE KETTLE ON AGAIN
–The kettle can be switched on again at any time when the kettle has been turned off manually.
