INTRODUCTION

To get the best from your boiler please read these instructions carefully.

SEALED HEATING SYSTEMS

This boiler is fitted to a sealed heating system which is pre-pressurised. Your installer will advise you of the minimum and maximum pressure which should be indicated on the pressure gauge.

Check regularly that the pressure is maintained and contact your installer or maintenance engineer if a permanent significant drop in pressure is indicated on the pressure gauge. If the system loses pressure it should be re-pressurised and the cause of the fall investigated.

CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEMS

During the first few hours of operation of the central heating system, check that all radiators are being heated evenly. If the top of a radiator is at a lower temperature

GENERAL NOTES

CLEARANCES - VENTILATED

COMPARTMENT

Your installer will have provided adequate space around the boiler for safety and servicing access. Do not restrict this space with the addition of cupboards, shelves etc. next to the boiler.

by releasing air through the venting screw at the top of the radiator. Ask your installer to show you how this is done.

This boiler is fitted to a sealed system; repeated venting will reduce the quantity of water in the system and this must be replenished for safe and satisfactory operation of the boiler.

Should water leaks be found in the system or if excessive venting is required, then a service engineer must be contacted to inspect the installation and rectify any fault.

Only additives that are compatible with aluminium may be used in the system. Any incompatible additive used will invalidate the guarantee.

CONDENSATE DRAIN

This is a condensing boiler and the terminal will, at times give out a plume of water vapour. This is quite normal.

The boiler also produces quantities of condensate which is discharged regularly by a syphon within the boiler via a pipe to drain. This pipe must not be blocked or altered in any way.

ROOM THERMOSTAT

A room temperature controller and programmer should be fitted to control the central heating. Refer to the instructions supplied with the thermostat for information on siting and setting.

THERMOSTATIC RADIATOR VALVES

It is recommended that this type of valve is fitted to all but one of the radiators (or at least those in the sleeping accommodation). The remaining radiator, which must be where the room thermostat is located, should be un-controlled and must be left open. The thermostatic radiator valves should conform to the requirements of BS2767:10.

24i junior specifications

Bosch Appliances has long been synonymous with quality and innovation in the kitchen. Among its notable offerings, the Bosch 24i Junior stands out as a compact yet powerful dishwasher that caters to modern household needs. This appliance is designed to provide efficient cleaning while conserving valuable space in smaller kitchens.

One of the key features of the Bosch 24i Junior is its compact size, measuring 24 inches in width. This makes it an optimal choice for apartments, smaller homes, or kitchens with limited space. Despite its size, it does not compromise on capacity, allowing users to load up to 12 place settings, making it suitable for families or frequent entertainers.

The Bosch 24i Junior incorporates advanced cleaning technologies that set it apart from traditional dishwashers. One of these technologies is the PrecisionWash system, which uses intelligent sensors to monitor the cleanliness of dishes throughout the wash cycle. This ensures that each item receives the optimal amount of water and detergent, resulting in sparkling clean dishes every time.

Energy efficiency is another hallmark of the Bosch 24i Junior. It operates on a low water consumption model, using only 2.9 gallons of water per cycle, which is significantly lower than many competitors. This not only helps lower utility bills but is also a step towards more sustainable living. The Energy Star certification further emphasizes its commitment to reducing energy usage without sacrificing performance.

Bosch has also integrated sound-dampening technology in the 24i Junior, ensuring that it operates quietly at just 50 dBA. This low noise level means that the dishwasher can run at any time of day or night without disturbing household activities.

User convenience is enhanced through features such as the ExtraScrub option, which provides a more powerful wash for heavily soiled items. The adjustable racks offer flexibility for loading larger pots and pans, while the foldable tines accommodate a range of dishware sizes.

In summary, the Bosch 24i Junior is a versatile and efficient dishwasher that is ideal for those with limited space. Its thoughtful design and innovative technologies make it a standout choice for anyone seeking reliable dish cleaning solutions without compromising on performance or efficiency. This model exemplifies Bosch's dedication to delivering cutting-edge appliances that fit seamlessly into modern lifestyles.
