1100 specifications

The Bradley Smoker 1100 is a reputable choice for both amateur and seasoned outdoor cooking enthusiasts. This versatile electric smoker is designed to simplify the smoking process while delivering exceptional results, making it a staple in backyards for BBQ lovers.

One of the standout features of the Bradley Smoker 1100 is its unique vertical design. This shape not only optimizes cooking space but also enhances heat and smoke circulation, ensuring that food is evenly cooked and infused with rich, smoky flavors. With a smoking capacity of up to 100 pounds of meat, it is ideal for large gatherings or meal prep.

The smoker is equipped with a digital control panel that allows users to easily set and monitor cooking times and temperatures. This eliminates the guesswork often associated with traditional smoking methods. The temperature range extends from 100°F to 320°F, providing flexibility for various smoking tasks, including cold smoking and hot smoking.

A notable technology integrated into the Bradley Smoker 1100 is its automatic wood bisquette feeder system. This innovative feature enables the user to load wood bisquettes into the smoker, which will then be fed into the burner automatically. These bisquettes burn for approximately 20 minutes each, ensuring a consistent release of smoke without the need for constant attention. This system not only enhances convenience but also prevents the bisquettes from turning to ash inside the smoker, maintaining a cleaner smoking environment.

Constructed from high-quality materials, the Bradley Smoker 1100 features an insulated double-wall design. This ensures superior heat retention, allowing for efficient cooking even in cold weather conditions. The stainless steel interior is easy to clean and contributes to the durability of the unit.

Safety is also a priority in the design of the Bradley Smoker 1100. It has a built-in safety shut-off feature that turns the unit off if it overheats, providing peace of mind during operation.

Overall, the Bradley Smoker 1100 combines advanced technology with user-friendly features, making it an excellent choice for those looking to enjoy the art of smoking meats, fish, and vegetables.
