Na parte inferior do cabo encontra-se incorporado um pequeno filtro cujo fim é assegurar o funcionamento do jacto. Caso constate uma redução na pressão da água, verifique se o filtro se encontra obstruído por acumulação de resíduos e remova-os, batendo cuidadosamente com o punho numa superfície plana.

Após a utilização

Esvazie sempre totalmente o depósito de água (p) por forma a prevenir a proliferação de bactérias na água parada. Caso o seu dentista lhe tenha recomendado que use uma solução de chlorhexidine deixe circular alguma água pelo aparelho após a sua utilização de forma a prevenir a formação de resíduos.

Pressione o interruptor ligar/desligar (l) para desligar o irrigador. Se, por esquecimento, não o desligar manualmente, isso acontecerá automaticamente após 10 minutos de não utilização. Neste caso, para voltar a ligá-lo terá de pressionar duas vezes o interruptor ligar/desligar.

Para retirar a boquilha de jacto do irrigador deve pressionar o respectivo botão de expulsão (k).

As boquilhas de jacto podem ser armazenadas no seu próprio compartimento (h). Seque o punho e volte a colocá-lo na sua base.

Limpeza

Limpe regularmente a base utilizando um pano húmido. O depósito de água e o compartimento para as boquilhas são removíveis, podendo lavados na máquina de lavar loiça.
