GenAlert y el correo de voz

El sistema GenAlert puede responder a los cinco o 10 tonos de llamada. GenAlert cuenta de forma acumulativa los tonos de las llamadas entrantes. Para asegurarse de que el contestador automático o el sistema de correo de voz atiende primero las llamadas entrantes, establezca el número de tonos de llamada tras los que responde GenAlert a un valor superior

al del contestador automático o el sistema de correo de voz. Por ejemplo, si el sistema de correo de voz responde a los cinco tonos, configure GenAlert para responder a los 10 tonos.

Llamar a GenAlert

Si desea llamar al sistema GenAlert para comprobar el estado de la alarma o para cancelar una alarma, necesitará hacer varias llamadas a la ubicación supervisada y dejar que GenAlert cuente los tonos de llamada entrante de todas ellas hasta alcanzar el “Número de tonos de llamada”. Por ejemplo, si el sistema de correo de voz o el contestador automático está configurado para responder a los cinco tonos de llamada, el sistema GenAlert debe configurarse para responder a los 10 tonos. Por tanto, necesitará hacer tres llamadas a la ubicación supervisada como se describe a continuación hasta que el sistema GenAlert cuente un total de 10 tonos de llamada entrante.

1.En la primera llamada, deje sonar el teléfono cuatro veces y cuelgue antes de que responda el sistema contestador. GenAlert ha contado cuatro tonos.

2.En la segunda llamada, deje sonar el teléfono cuatro veces más y cuelgue antes de que

responda el sistema contestador. GenAlert ha contado ocho tonos.

3.En la tercera llamada, deje sonar el teléfono hasta que GenAlert conteste. Deberían bastar dos o tres

tonos más, ya que GenAlert habrá contado un total de 10 tonos con las tres llamadas telefónicas.

AVISO: El intervalo para realizar las llamadas consecutivas de cancelación es de 150 segundos antes de que GenAlert ponga a cero su contador de llamadas.

AVISO: Se recomienda utilizar un “Número de tonos de llamada” de 10 para números de teléfono que reciban numerosas llamadas telefónicas.
