Removing the Printer driver for Macintosh®

For Mac OS® X 10.2 8

aIf you are using a USB cable, disconnect it from your machine.

bRestart the Macintosh®.

cLog on as an ‘Administrator’.

dRun the Print Center (from the Go menu, choose Applications, Utilities), then choose the printer you

want to remove and remove it by clicking the Delete button.

eDrag the HL_MFLPro folder (from the Macintosh HD (Startup Disk), choose Library, Printers,

Brother) into the Trash and then empty the Trash.

fRestart the Macintosh®.

For Mac OS® X 10.3 or greater 8

aIf you are using a USB cable, disconnect it from your machine.

bRestart the Macintosh®.

cLog on as an ‘Administrator’.

dRun the Printer Setup Utility (from the Go menu, choose Applications, Utilities), then choose the

printer you want to remove and remove it by clicking the Delete button.

eRestart the Macintosh®.
