To delete a number in the
calls list
Press the CALLS LIST
button to enter the calls
list, or press the INT,
SETand 2buttons.
Scroll through the calls
list using the UP and
DOWNar rows until the
number you require is
displayed.
Press the MORE
OPTIONSbutton.
Press the DOWNbutton
to highlight Delete
Number.
Press the OK button.
You hear a confirmation
beep and the display
returns to the calls list.
Press the RED PHONE
button to return to
standby.

To copy a number from the
calls list to the directory
Press the button to
enter the calls list, or
press the INT, SET and
2buttons.
Scroll through the calls
list using the UP and
DOWNar rows until the
number you wish to
copy is displayed.
Press the MORE
OPTIONSbutton.
Press the DOWN
button to highlight
Copy to Dir.
Press the OK button.
KEYPAD Enter a name for the
number (see page 20).
Press the MORE
OPTIONSbutton.
Highlight Save Entry.
Press the OK button to
confirm. You will hear a
confirmation beep.
Press the RED PHONE
button to return to
standby.

Note
Once you have returned a call
from the calls list it is deleted from
the calls list.
