Using the telephone

Making and receiving calls

Last number redial

To make a call

To redial the last number called

Lift the handset and wait for the dial tone.

Dial the telephone number.

To end a call

Replace the handset.

Redial

Lift the handset.

Press the REDIAL button. The last number called is dialled.

A redial number can be no longer than 32 digits.

To receive a call

When the telephone rings the call indicator light will flash quickly to indicate that there is an incoming call. Simply pick up the handset to answer the call.

Secrecy

When on a call you can talk to someone in the same room without your caller hearing

To switch secrecy on and off

the SECRECY button.

The call indicator light will flash slowly to indicate that secrecy is on.

Your caller will be put on hold. If you have music on hold switched on, both you and your caller will hear music when secrecy is pressed.
