If you donʼt have alkaline batteries around, just wind-up the radio to charge the built-in battery pack and keep it run- ning as long as you need — which is especially handy during a power failure. The CC Observer has a built-in 2-inch speaker, or you can plug in your headphones, for private listening in stereo.
