Table 4-1 indicates the state of the receive port.

LED Color		State
Green		Link, no activity, port enabled
Green (Flashing)		Link, port disabled
Yellow (Flashing)		Link, activity, port enabled (flashing to
		steady-on indicates receive rate).
Red		Fault
Off		No link, port disabled
