Savannah Rectangle Gazebo Assembly

Step 1: Wall Panel Assembly

The assembly instructions contained in this manual are for the Savannah Rectangle Gazebo that measures 12’x16’. The assembly instructions will be the same for the 8’x12’, 10’x10’, 10’x12’, 10’x16’ and 12’x12’ models. The only difference in the assembly of these five models is the amount of steps the owner must perform. Follow the written steps in conjunction with the figures that are shown.

All wall panels are pre-assembled at the factory before being shipped. The smooth side of each wall panel should be facing the inside of the gazebo. Check the parts list that came with your gazebo and make sure that all the parts are present.

1.Stand two panels up side by side. Attach the panels together using 5 drywall screws (Figure A).

2.At each wall seam, attach a 2”x4” Splice. This will tie-in and stabilize the walls (Figure A).

3.Repeat this step until all the panels are attached. Figure B will show you the proper arrangement of panels.

The rounded corners attach to the wall panels the same way, with five

2 1/2” screws. The owner must use care when securing the wall panel and rounded corner together, as any damage incurred during assembly is not covered by the warranty.
