For messages caused by errors related to the operating environment of your computer, follow the messages on the screen.Error occurred during communication.
Check the printer power and printer connections.
Cause : Power to the printer goes off while printing is in progress.
Cause : The cable came loose or was disconnected while printing was in
progress.
If the USB cable is not properly connected, communication problems may
occur. Make sure that the printer is connected to your computer’s root hub
port with suitable USB cable, and then try printing again.

Turn printer off and back on.
Cause : The printer unit cannot be initialized successfully.
Cause : There is too much paper in the paper cassette.
