Press [Service Call].Press [Select/Request].

NOTE

You can cancel the request by pressing [Cancel] ➞ [Yes].

Press [Corrupt Image], [Paper Jams], or [Other Problems] to select the type of the problem you want to fix ➞ press [Request].

The screen on the left appears when your request has successfully been sent.
