K Shooting in Special Conditions

OTake shots of foliage (Foliage)

●Lets you shoot trees and leaves, such as new growth, autumn leaves or blossoms, in vivid colors.

PTake shots of people in snow (Snow)

●Lets you take bright, natural-colored shots of people against snowy backgrounds.

ZShoot using high ISO speed (ISO3200)

●Sets the ISO speed to 3200, and lets you shoot without camera shake or subject blurring even in low light conditions.

●Recording pixels are set to (1600 x 1200 pixels) (p. 66).

•In ,mode, make sure the subject does not move until the shutter sound plays, even after the flash fires.

•In , or t mode, attach the camera to a tripod to prevent the camera from moving and blurring the image. Additionally, you are recommended to set [IS Mode] to [Off] (p. 111).

•In y mode, images may appear coarse because the ISO speed (p. 69) is increased to match the shooting conditions.

•In Z mode, images may appear coarse.
