Checking for Shut Eyes

Red-eye correction may be applied to areas other than red eyes. For example, when red make-up has been used around eyes.

• You can correct recorded images (p. 130).

• You can also display the screen in Step 2 by pressing the rbutton, then the n button.

Checking for Shut Eyes

When the camera detects the possibility that people have their eyes shut, appears.

Choose [Blink Detection].

●ress the nbutton, then choose [Blink Detection] in the 4tab. Press the qrbuttons to choose [On].

Shoot.

XWhen a person with shut eyes is detected, a frame and appear.

• In or $ mode, when the number of shots is set to two or more, this function is only available for the last image shot.

•Not available in W, , or mode.
