Hyperbolic / Inverse-Hyp. functions
SR-281N uses [ 2nd ] [ HYP ] to calculate the hyperbolic functions and
inverse-hyperbolic functions - sinh, cosh, tanh, sinh –1, cosh –1 and
tanh –1.
(Note) : When using those keys, make sure the calculator is set for the
angle unit you want.

Coordinates transformation
Rectangular Coordinates Polar Coordinates
x + y i = r (cos
θ
+ i sin
θ
)
(Note) : When using those key, make sure the calculator is set for the
angle unit you want.
The calculator can perform the conversion between rectangular
coordinates and polar coordinates by [ 2nd ] [ P R ] and [ 2nd ]
[ R P ].
¾ If x = 5, y = 30, what are r,
