Congratulations on the purchase of your remote engine start key- less entry system. This system has been designed to provide years of trouble-free operation. By carefully reading this owner's guide prior to using your system, you will maximize the use of this sys- tem and its features. Additional or replacement copies of this guide can be printed by accessing the Clarion internet website at www.clarion.com.

System Maintenance

The system requires no specific maintenance. Your remote is pow- ered by a miniature 3V lithium battery that lasts approximately one year under normal use. When the battery weakens, the LED on the remote will dim and operating range will be reduced.
