7.During the call, you can adjust the volume of the CLA7v2 by using the volume control knob located on the side of the unit.
8.You can also manually adjust the volume level on your phone if the sound quality is unsatisfactory.
9.On completion of the call, press the ON/OFF button and the LED will turn off indicating the neckloop is no longer in use.
10.Reset your hearing aid if needed. Note: If your phone does not have a 2.5mm jack, an adapter may be required. Check with the manufacturer of the telephone equipment.

Your CLA7v2 comes with 4 connectivity cords. That are connected to the bottom of the CLA7v2 using the Connectivity Jack as shown in the features diagram.
