1Plug 6”phone cord into Line 1-2 jack on rear of base.

Note

If you do not have a wall mount, contact your local phone company for installation of phone line and wall mount .

2Slide wall mount bracket onto base.

Installation

3Thread cord through slot in wall mount bracket.

4Plug phone cord into two line wall jack.

5Slide base down on wall plate.

6Raise antenna to vertical position.
