There is no sound.
•Ensure that the Main Power Switch on the rear panel is physically set to the ON position.
•Ensure that the AC adapter cord is securely connected to the proper wall outlet.
•Ensure that the volume is not too low and that MUTE has not been activated.
The sound is distorted.
•Ensure that the volume is not too high.
•Ensure that the MP3/WMA file is not corrupt. Try playing the file on a computer or try down- loading the file again.
The remote control is not working.
•Ensure that the battery is not dead.
•Avoid using the remote in direct sunlight or other strong light.
•Avoid placing any obstacles between the remote and the remote sensor.
