Resetting Your Player
Reset your player if it should freeze and not respond or otherwise malfunction.
1.If the player is connected to a computer, disconnect it.
2.Remove the battery from the player. Wait 30 seconds before replacing the battery.
Installing an SD/MMC Memory Card (optional)
You can upgrade the memory capacity of your player by adding an Secure Digital (SD) or Multimedia Card (MMC) memory card.
To install an SD/MMC card:
1.Remove the battery compartment cover located on the rear of the player.
2.Insert the SD/MMC card in the card slot, taking care to match the notch on the card with the diagram on the player.
3.Replace the battery compartment cover.
