BASIC OPERATIONS
Menu Interface Navigation
To select the different menu options and files on your player:
•Use the Navigation Joystick to move the selection cursor. The cursor high- lights the current selection.
•To move the cursor up, press 
•To move the cursor down, press 
•To move the cursor left, press 
•To move the cursor right, press 
•To scroll quickly in any direction, press and hold the Joystick in that direction
•To confirm the highlighted selection, press the Joystick [ 
]
•To return to the previous screen or to return to the Main Menu, press 
Adjusting the Volume
During playback:
•Press Volume 
to raise the volume level
•Press Volume 
to lower the volume level.
Set the volume to the lowest level before headphone use to avoid damage to your hearing or to your headphones.
