TROUBLESHOOTING

There is no power to the devic e.
Ensure that the Power Switch on the mai n unit is physically set to the O N position.•
Ensure that the AC adapter cord is secu rely connected to the playe r and the proper wall outlet .•
The device will not play the d isc.
Ensure that a supported disc is loa ded in the player label-s ide up.•
Ensure that the disc’s rating level does no t exceed the player’s parental r ating level.•
Ensure that the disc is not damaged or to o dirty. •
Clean the disc or try another d isc.Moisture may have co ndensed inside the playe r. Remove the disc and •
leave the player on for 1-2 hours and then tr y again.
There is no picture.
Ensure that the TV set has been power ed on and is set to the correc t AV mode. •
Ensure that the connections bet ween the player and the T V are secure and correc t.•
Check if the connection cab les are damaged.•
The picture is noisy or dis torted.
The disc may be damaged or dirty. Clea n the disc or try another o ne.•
Reset your TV’s color system.•
Ensure that the player is c onnected direc tly to the TV (and not through a VCR, cab le box, satel lite re-•
ceiver, etc.)
The picture is not full- screen.
Change the aspect ratio setti ng of your player from the Setup me nu.•
Select a different aspect rat io option from the DVD disc m enu.•
There is no sound or distor ted sound.
Ensure that the TV and amplier h ave been turned on and proper ly set up.•
Ensure that the TV and amplier c onnections are secur e and correct.•
Try a different Audio track of the DVD by pr essing AUDIO.•
Ensure that the MUTE function of t he TV, Amplier, or Player is not enga ged.•
