7 To Pump

Make sure FUEL VALVE is fully “OFF” (Fig 17).

Place thumb over hole in PUMP KNOB and pump 25 full

strokes (Fig 18). Adequate air pressure is important, do not over pump.

8 Leak Check

8 Leak CheckWARNING

Perform leak test outdoors.

Extinguish all open flames.

NEVER leak test when smoking.

Do not use the outdoor stove until connection has been leak tested and does not leak.

Never leave stove unattended when hot or in use.

Keep out of reach of children.

Make sure FUEL VALVE is fully “OFF” (Fig. 19).

CHECK FOR LEAKS in one or more ways: Look for a fuel mist or a wet appearance of fuel on surfaces. Listen for hiss of escaping gas.

Smell for fuel odor. Never use a flame. Do not use if leaking.
