END-USER WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cornea Systems, Inc. (“Cornea”) warran ts y o u r ne w Co rn ea d i sp lay (s)
against defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period
from the date of the original purchase of the new product within the
territory.
If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the
warranty period, Cornea will, at its sole option, repair or replace the
product with a sim i la r product, provide d th e purchaser adheres to ce r t ai n
return authorization procedures and guidelines.
For better service, Cornea strongly encourages you to reg ister your
product by filling out the warranty registration card provided with your
product or register online.

Warranty Period

1st Year Advanced Swap Service

• If repairs are necessary, and you are entitled to service under
the terms and cond i ti ons of the limited w ar ranty, a
replacement unit will be sent to you in exchange of your
defective for repair during the first year product warranty
period.
• With the advanced swap service, ship pi ng is cov er ed bo th
directions. A return-shipping label will be included with the
replacement unit.
• If an advanced swap is de sired, the customer will be required
to submit a valid credit card number, w i th t he account in
good standing, as collater al.
