3. Acquire an RMA Number
After we receive your RMA request, Cornea technical support staff will
contact you within 48 hours and assign you an RMA number. For
advanced swap service, a rep la c em e n t un i t will be sent to you.
4. Return the Unit for Repair/Replacement
Please send your original unit back to us in the original unit box.
Damage due to improper or inadequate packing will be charged to
you as an out-of-warran ty cost. For advanced swap serv ice, please
use the provided mailing label. A designated courier will pick up the
returned. The origin al unit must be properly packag ed in the same
manner as the replacement unit, utilizing the packing materials
provided.
5. Receive a Replacement/Repaired Unit
Once the unit is r epaired, we will ship back to you fr ee of cha rge. If t he
unit is not repairable, we will send you a replacement instead.
Replacement program is subject to termination at
any time without advance notice.
