SYMPTOM
Cart does not run.
The Cart was running but suddenly stopped.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
⇒The battery could be undercharged. Recharge the battery after each use. Make sure the cables are attached to the battery’s terminals. Make sure that the charger is properly plugged in to your Cart and that the charger is plugged into the wall. Make sure that there is power to the wall outlet you are using to charge the battery.
⇒The charger might not be working. Use a voltage meter to test it (there is no other sure way to tell if your charger is working). If you suspect there is a problem with your charger, contact us at
⇒The safety fuse could be tripped. Each Cart has a
NEUTON1 (638-8661).
⇒Check all wires and connectors; they could be loose. Make sure the battery connectors are secure and the wire harness connection is snug.
⇒If the battery is old or not cared for properly, it might be dead. If you are not sure that you have a dead battery, you can have it tested at a local battery supplier.
⇒The electrical switches might be damaged or corroded because they were exposed to water or moisture, or they can simply wear down from extensive use. Contact us at
