MANTENIMIENTO

TRANSEJES

[ ADVERTENCIA ]

Si no se observan los procedimientos adecuados de seguridad, operacion o mantenimiento se pueden causar lesiones personales o danos al equipo. Sears recomienda que Ileve la m_iquina a un centro de servicio autorizado por Sears

Craftsman Professional para que la reparen o le den servicio.

Realice el mantenimiento del transeje con el motor apagado, los cables de las bujfas desconectados y la PTO desembragada.

CAMBIO DE FLUIDO DEL TRANSEJE

Cambie el fluido del transeje cada 200 horas de

operacion. Es esencial que el exterior del transeje este libre de residuos antes de dar mantenimiento al

sistema hidr_iulico.

1.Quite los tres tornillos de 1/4" del protector del filtro y el protector del filtro A. Quite el filtro de aceite B del transeje y desechelo. Deseche

el aceite usado de acuerdo con los requisitos locales.

2.Limpie la superficie de la base del filtro y aplique una capa de aceite nuevo en el empaque del filtro nuevo. Instale a mano el nuevo flltro, girelo de 3/4 de vuelta a una vuelta completa despues de que el empaque del filtro entre en contacto con la superficie de la base del filtro.

3.Vuelva a instalar el protector del flltro y apriete los tres tornillos a 65 pulgadas libra cada uno.

4.Quite la tapa C, Ilene los transejes a traves del tanque de expansion D con aproximadamente

cuatro cuartos de aceite para motor SAE 20W-50.

l PRECAUCION 1

iNo Ilene excesivamente el deposito! Si Ilena excesivamente el transeje mientras la unidad est,1 "fria", el aceite se puede derramar cuando alcance las temperaturas normales de operacion. No se debe exceder el nivel de aceite recomendado por el fabricante. Esto permitir_ que haya suflciente espacio para que el aceite se expanda al calentarse.

5.Despues de arrancar el motor, revise el nivel de fluido y continOe a_adiendo aceite y Ilene el tanque D hasta la Ifnea de Ilenado.

6.Purgue los transejes siguiendo los procedimientos de purga de la p_igina 28.
