Suggested Tilling Patterns

•Whenpreparinga seedbed,gooverthe samepathtwice inthe first row,thenoverlapone-halfthetiller widthonthe restof the passes.SeeFigure13.

2.Tillingupanddownslopes isrecommendedoverterracing.Tilling verticallyona slopeallowsmaximumplantingareaandalso leavesroomfor cultivating.
