To use V-CH IP setu p menu,you must input the password.
The default of V-CHIP password is 410000.
Password may be changed by "CHANGE PASSWORD" menu.
And then Using [CH+]/[CH-]keys to move the cursor. using
[VOL+]/[VOL-]keys to select each item.
