DSL-504T DSL Router User’s Guide

Remote Access

Use the Remote Access menu in the Advanced directory to enable remote management of the Router through the web interface or via Telnet from a specified source IP address. This will enable Router and network managment from outside the local network through the WAN connection. Remote management is disabled by default.

To use Remote Management, select the Enabled radio button for the type of management desired (Telnet or web), type in the remote IP address allowed Telnet or web management access and the Netmask and click the Apply button. Be sure to change the administrator’s password before you enable remote management.
