using either the AC adapter or the battery.

AC adapter solid white on/off/standby/hibernate <98%

off on/off/standby/hibernate >98%

Battery solid amber on/standby <=10%

off on/off/standby/hibernate >10%

NOTE: The battery is charging when the computer is powered using an AC adapter.
