Installing System Components

Recommended Tools

You may need the following items to perform the procedures in this section:

Key to the system keylock

#2 Phillips screwdriver

T10 and T15 Torx screwdrivers

Wrist grounding strap connected to ground

Following tools are required for assembling cables for a DC power supply unit (PSU), when available:

AMP 90871-1 hand-crimping tool or equivalent

Wire-stripper pliers capable of removing insulation from size 10 AWG solid or stranded, insulated copper wire

NOTE: Use alpha wire part number 3080 or equivalent (65/30 stranding).

Front Bezel (Optional)

Installing The Front Bezel

1.Locate the keys on the inside of the front bezel.

2.Remove the bezel key from the inside of the front bezel.

3.Insert the bezel tabs into the bezel tab slots in the chassis.

4.Press the top end of the bezel into the chassis until the bezel locks into place.

5.Insert the bezel key in the keylock.

6.Keeping the keylock pressed with the bezel key, rotate the keylock to the locked position.
