Almacenamiento de herramientas

Su rectificadora® DELTA 23-198 (6 pulgadas) o 23-199 (8 pulgadas) tiene un cómodo almacenamiento de herramientas integrado para el limpiador proporcionado. El almacenamiento de herramientas, que se muestra en la Figura 3, se ubica en la parte posterior de la base de la rectificadora.

Confirmar que las tuercas del eje estén apretadas

Antes de utilizar su rectificadora por primera vez, se recomienda que compruebe que las tuercas del eje estén apretadas. Para comprobar que las tuercas del eje estén apretadas, realice el siguiente procedimiento:

1. Retire los tornillos de mariposa (A) sujetando la cara exterior de la guarda de la muela al marco de la herramienta. Vea la Figura 4.

2. Gire la guarda de la muela para soltarla de los tornillos de retención y retire la guarda.

3. Eleve las dos alas de la tuerca del eje.

4.Sujete firmemente las alas de la tuerca del eje

(B) con una mano al tiempo que usa la otra para impedir que la muela se mueva. Vea la Figura 5.

Apriete la tuerca del eje tanto como sea posible.

NOTA: Puede usar también la llave plana de 13 mm (incluida) colocada en la parte plana del eje del eje

(ubicada entre la muela del lado izquierdo y el motor)Figura 4 para mantener fijo el eje a medida que aprieta la

tuerca del eje.

NOTA: La tuerca del eje del lado derecho de la máquina se aprieta girándola hacia la derecha y la tuerca del eje del lado izquierdo de la máquina se aprieta girándola

hacia la izquierda.

5. Doble las alas de la tuerca del eje a su posición original a fin de que queden planas contra la brida

exterior gruesa y luego vuelva a montar la guarda de la muela.

6. Repita el proceso en el otro lado.

NOTA: A medida que utiliza su rectificadora, la fuerza y la dirección de la muela provocarán que la tuerca del eje se apriete automáticamente. No obstante, se recomienda que revise periódicamente que las tuercas estén apretadas como parte de su mantenimiento regular de herramientas.
