Press [ON SCREEN] repeatedly until the “Tuner Preset Stations” screen appears on the OSD.
Basic Operation
RDS (Radio Data System)
RDS (works only on the FM band) is a broadcasting service which allows station to send additional information along with the regular radio program signal.

Recalling preset stations
2Main unit
1 Press <TUNING PRESET>.
2 Turn <FUNCTION> and select the desired preset channel.
2Remote control unit
1 Press [SHIFT] to select the memory block.
2Program Type (PTY)
PTY identifies the type of RDS program.

TP identifies programs that carry traffic announcements.

RT allows the RDS station to send text messages that appear on the display.
