Where can I find the model and serial numbers for my Desa heater?

The model and serial numbers are located on the model plate of the heater.

How many screws of each size are needed for the upper and lower shells?

The upper shell requires 2 screws of size #10-32 x 5/8" and the lower shell requires 6 screws of size #10-16 x 3/8".

Are the Nozzle Assembly, Ignitor Kit, and Nozzle Adapter included in any assembly or kit?

The Nozzle Assembly, Ignitor Kit, and Nozzle Adapter are included in the Rotor Kit (part No. HA3004), Filter Kit (part No. HA3014), and Pump Adjustment Kit (part No. HA3020) respectively.
