FAQ

How do I troubleshoot a motor that does not start five seconds after the heater is plugged in?

Check for possible causes such as no power to the heater, bad electrical connections, blown fuse on the ignition control assembly, or binding pump rotor. Follow the recommended remedies provided in the manual.

What should be done if the heater ignites but the ignition control assembly shuts it off after a short period of time?

Check for issues related to pump pressure, dirty filters, nozzle obstruction, or improperly installed photocell assembly. Clean the photocell lens and check for any bad electrical connections as per the manual's instructions.

Where can I find the wiring diagram and instructions for replacing the ignition control assembly?

Refer to the specific page numbers in the manual for detailed information on checking electrical connections, wiring diagrams, and replacing the ignition control assembly.
