INSTALLATION DE LA LAME (FIG. 1, 10, 11)

1.Desserrez puis retirez la vis de serrage de lame (R) à l’aide de la clé fournie à cet effet, en la faisant tourner vers la droite comme indiqué par la flèche sur la rondelle de retenue externe (S).

2.Retirez la rondelle de serrage externe (S).

3.À l’aide du levier rétractant du carter de lame inférieur (C), rétractez le carter de lame inférieur (E).

IMPORTANT : avant de rétracter le carter de lame inférieur pour installer la lame, vérifier l’état et le fonctionnement du carter de lame inférieur pour s’assurer qu’il est parfaitement opérationnel. Vérifier bien que le carter bouge librement et ne touche pas la lame, la plaque d’assise ou toute autre partie de la scie, à tout angle et toute profondeur de coupe.

4.Placez la lame (T) sur la broche de scie (U) contre la rondelle de serrage interne (V), en vous assurant que la lame tournera dans le bon sens (le sens de la flèche de rotation sur la lame et les dents doit pointer dans la même direction que celle de la flèche de rotation sur le carter de lame inférieur).

IMPORTANT : s’assurer systématiquement que l’alésage central en forme de losange de la lame est aligné avec la butée centrale en forme de losange sur la rondelle de retenue externe.
