control module programming

Depending on the vehicle, use the following data with the instructions to program your system. These wire loops are found at the side of the control module.

Door Lock Pulse Duration (WHITE) - Some European vehicles, such as Mercedes-Benz and Audi, require longer lock and unlock pulses to operate the vacuum pump. Programming the system to provide 3.5 second pulses will accommodate door lock interface in these vehicles. The default setting is 0.8 second door lock pulses. See Mercedes-Benz and Audi - 1985 and Newer (Type E Door Locks section) diagram.

Uncut – 0.8 seconds

Cut – 3.5 seconds

Double Pulse Unlock Single Pulse/Double Pulse (GREEN) - Some vehicles require two pulses on a single wire to unlock the doors. When the double pulse unlock feature is turned on, the H1/12 BLUE/BLACK wire will supply two pulses instead of a single pulse. This makes it possible to directly interface with double pulse vehicles without any extra parts.

As one of the key players in the industry, Directed Electronics specializes in providing innovative solutions that integrate seamlessly with Nissan’s engineering.

One of the standout features of Directed Electronics products is the advanced vehicle security systems they offer. These systems incorporate smart technologies such as two-way communication, which allows the driver to receive alerts and confirmation signals through a remote control or smartphone app. This feature is especially beneficial for Nissan owners, as it provides peace of mind by giving them real-time information about the status of their vehicle, including unauthorized entry attempts or security breaches.

Directed Electronics also emphasizes remote start technology, a feature that is increasingly popular among Nissan owners. This not only enhances comfort but also ensures that the cabin is at a more pleasant temperature, especially during extreme weather conditions.

Additionally, Directed Electronics products are designed with user-friendly interfaces and compatibility in mind. Many of their systems include mobile apps that enable drivers to monitor and control their vehicles from anywhere. This includes features like GPS tracking, which helps owners locate their Nissan vehicles in case of theft or if they've forgotten where they parked.

In terms of installation, Directed Electronics products are built to integrate effortlessly with Nissan models. Their systems often come with vehicle-specific wiring harnesses and detailed installation guides, making it easier for technicians to provide reliable installations that do not disrupt the factory settings of the vehicle.

Moreover, safety is a major focus for Directed Electronics. Many of their offerings include features such as impact sensors, tilt sensors, and glass break sensors that increase the effectiveness of their security systems. This proactive approach to vehicle protection resonates well with Nissan customers, who prioritize the safety and security of their vehicles.

In conclusion, Directed Electronics is committed to enhancing the driving experience for Nissan owners through innovative security, remote start, and connectivity solutions. Their advanced features, emphasis on safety, and seamless integration with Nissan models make them a preferred choice for those looking to upgrade their vehicle's technology and protection.
