3Press ENTER. The Enter Password screen opens.

4Press the number buttons to enter the four-digit

password. The Parental Controls menu opens.

5Press  or  to highlight RRT Setting, then press

ENTER.

If the program is broadcast with RTT rating

information, the information is downloaded

automatically and can be used for parental controls.

6To reset the RTT information to the factory default,

press  or  to highlight Reset RTT, then press

ENTER. A box opens. Follow the on-screen

instructions.

7Press EXIT to close the menu.

Using closed captioning

Closed captioning displays a text version of the TV

program audio or displays information provided by the

broadcaster.

Turning closed captioning on or off

To turn closed captioning on or off:

1Press MENU. The on-screen menu opens with the

Picture menu displayed.

2Press  or  to highlight Settings, then press . The

Settings menu opens.

3Press  or  to highlight Closed Caption, then

press ENTER. The Settings-Closed Caption menu

opens.

4Press  or  to highlight CC Mode.

5Press  or  to select CC Off (turns off closed

captioning), CC On (turns on closed captioning), or

CC On When Mu te (turns on closed captioning

when the sound is muted).

6Press MENU to return to the previous menu, or press

EXIT to close the menu.
