5 ASSeMBLy

UNpACkING

1.Check for any obvious damage to the carton or its contents. If damage is evident, notify the carrier or your Graham-Field authorized distributor.

2.Remove all loose packing from the carton.

3.Carefully remove all the components from the carton.

Info: Unless the Traveler HTC is to be used immediately, retain boxes, containers and packing material for use in storing until use of Traveler HTC is required.

Inspection

1.Examine the wheelchair for nicks, dents, scratches or other damage.

2.Inspect all components.

Storage

1.Store the repackaged wheelchair in a dry area.

2.Do not place other objects on top of the repackaged wheelchair.

ASSeMBLy

Specific tools needed to perform each assembly step are identified in assembly directions. A complete list of tools needed to perform all operations in this section follows:

M13 wrench

M10 wrench

M4 hex key

Unfold Traveler HTC

Unfold the Traveler HTC by pushing down with even pressure on the top of the seat upholstery on both sides.

5 ASSeMBLy WARNING: Do not place your hands between seat rail and side panel.
