2. Cursor position is no t correct. / Cursor
jumps.

ifaconversionadapterisused.
• Turnoffandonthemonitor.
• Calibratethescreenagain.
• CheckthatthepowercordofthemonitorandPCis
connectedtoagroundedmainoutlet.Failuretoground
theequipmentmayresultinmalfunction.
• Performtouchpanelsensitivityadjustmentus ing
TPOffset.
• Changingthepositionorangleofthemonitormaycause
thecursortojump.
• Keepmetalsawayfromthepanelsurface.
• Ifthetouchpanelisdirty,thetouchpanelmaynotoperate
properly.See“Cleaning”(page4)tocleanthetouchpanel.
• Thesprayforpreventingstaticelectricitymayinuenc es
thesensitivityofthetouchpanel.
• Donottouchthetouchpanelfor5secondsafterthePC
startsup,afterturningonthemonitor,orafterconnec ting
thecable.Touchingthetouchpaneltoosoonmaycause
incorrectcursorpositioningordisabl etouchoperation.
Ifthisoccurs,eitherleavethetouchpaneluntouchedfor
approximately2minutesorturnthemonitoroffandon
again.Iftheproblempersists,calibratethescreena gain.
3. The cursor does not app ear at the touched
position and instead is displaye d at a
point-symmetric positi on with respect to
the center of the screen.
• Calibratethescreenagain.
4. Cursor is jitter y. / Drawing lines are not
straight and smooth.
• CheckthatthepowercordofthemonitorandPCis
connectedtoagroundedmainoutlet.Failuretoground
theequipmentmayresultinmalfunction.
• Performtouchpanelsensitivityadjustmentus ing
TPOffset.
• Theinuenceofmetalmaycausejitterycurso r.
• Whenmultiplemonitorsareplacedclosetoeachothe r,
leavespacebetweenmonitors.

Calibration does not work cor rectly.
• Resetthetouchpaneltothestatebeforecalibration(by
clicking“Reset”inthe“Display”t abofthe“TabletPC
Settings”windowaccessiblefromtheWindowsC ontrol
Panel)andthencalibratethetouchpanelagain.

Windows 7)
No touch-sound.
• Soundisonlyoutputthroughtheaudiooutputterminalof
thePC.Toheartouchsound,connectspeakers.
• Soundisnotoutputwhentouchedpositionsarenot
assignedanyfunctions.
